About Slums:
This game has zero recorded user reviews, yet it has 39 positive reviews and 3 negative reviews. That is because this game used to be a free to play game that went to a paid game. As a free game, I highly recommended this game. I had to delete my review because not only was it no longer free, there had been several updates which substantially changed the gameplay. I do recommend this game, but I would say it’s a wait for a sale recommendation. This is a nice paddle ball game for VR with nice graphics and several game modes. However, there’s just better paddle ball games / racket / arkanoid / brick breaker games out there for VR. The best, in my opinion, are Racket NX and Holoball (in that order). This game just lacks the polish in gameplay that those games have. The physics just don’t feel right and there’s this little lag that happens every so often while playing this game. However, it’s still fun to play and you get a very good workout. There’s several different game modes. Each levels ups the difficulty gradually. There’s power-ups to keep the game-mode interesting throughout. Rate 6/10. This game was getting lots of TLC from the devs at the start, but it seems that’s no longer the case. Absolutely love this game, now that i’ve got back in to my VR gaming, this will be one of the top games . Not just because it’s addictive as hell, but because my shoulders and arms love me so much ( the burn is tremendous ) Be sure to hit that ghostbusters soundtrack balloons on point and really reach for those balloons, it’s delightful lol
