About Sonic Speed Simulator:
In my opinion, this is Sonic’s best adventure yet! With funky music, epic boss fights, slick gameplay, smooth animation, and nice artwork, the ultimate tribute to classic Sonic is a great game for newcomers and veterans alike. Not only is the main story mode stupendous on its own, but Sonic Mania also has some cool extra modes, in case you want something other than the main story. The DLC is also a neat addition for those who want an extra challenge. Ironically enough, this game wasn’t developed by SEGA. It’s weird that SEGA wasn’t involved in making Sonic cool again for this one. (Apart from publishing it and other things.) With great gameplay, extras, and replayability, I give Sonic Maina a rating of 9.7/10. I don’t have much issues with this game, but I have a couple nitpicks. (Like the fact that achievement hunting can be grueling, and that there aren’t enough new levels.) Looking past that, however, it’s good to see Sonic return in all of his glory. The pros outweigh the cons for this game. As usual, the music is top notch and the Mania exclusive levels are fun to play; while challenging, I still enjoy playing this game. I found it frustrating to defeat the act 2 boss of Press Garden zone; though, I finally defeated it on my third attempt. Still, no game is fun if it’s too easy; I would highly recommend this game if anyone new to this franchise wants a challenging game.
